Are St. Johns County, Florida County Commission candidate and former Assistant County Administrator JERRY CAMERON and his commercial real estate tenant getting favoritism from St. Johns County Administrator MICHAEL DAVID WANCHICK’s office?
No response from WANCHICK or County Attorney PATRICK McCORMACK. No response from JERRY CAMERON. Wonder why?

The issue involves a louche local tire store calling itself “TIRES FOR JESUS” — apparent beneficiary of code enforcement case-fixing at the behest of County Administrator MICHAEL DAVID WANCHICK’s office.
Notice the tires piled high outdoors, in violation of St. Johns County law:

Controversial former Assistant St. Johns County Administrator JERRY CAMERON, developer-driven candidate for County Commission, owns with his wife, DAPHNE, valuable U.S. commercial property, purchased in 2003 from controversial then-County Commissioner MARC JACALONE’s family. (JACALONE, darling of the developers and the Issues Group, was defeated by Ben Rich, Sr. in 2004).
The property in quo is at 2405 U.S. 1 (STRAP number 16238000000), a former Chevron gasoline station operated by the JACALONE family, purchased by CAMERON et ux on January 31, 2003 for $500,000 from the JACALONE family.
JERRY CAMERON’s tenant owns a tire store that allegedly has tires piled up outdoors in violation of the County’s Land Development Code 2.04.06.
Estimable County Administrator MICHAEL DAVID WANCHICK’s office allegedly pressured Code Enforcement to bury the case (PRIDE case number 1600495).
The name of the tire store is “TIRES FOR JESUS.”
I kid you not.
On inspection February 3, 2016, TIRES FOR JESUS had no occupational license.
None.
Still none on February 23, 2016 when a county employee returned to TIRES FOR JESUS.
No followups have been done since February 23, 2016, when JERRY CAMERON’S tenant, TIRES FOR JESUS, claimed it was planing on getting an occupational license and supposedly ordering “containers” for the mess of tires.
This was after County staff was allegedly ordered to bury the Code Enforcement case by the office of County Administrator MICHAEL DAVID WANCHICK, who did not respond to a telephone message.
No response from estimable County Attorney PATRICK McCORMACK either.
By the way, JERRY CAMERON is Grand Marshal of the Celtic Parade on Sunday, March 13, 2016.
Be sure to bring large photos of CYRUS, if you’re so inclined (the little dog CAMERON, a fan of “limited government” illegally ordered to be executed in 2010, despite two conflicts of interest, a lack of any hearing officer training, and the false claim that “no magistrate” was available. Litigation saved the dog’s life.
So if you know charlatan pseudo-libertarian JERRY CAMERON, you can get a dog killed or a code violation covered up?
What do you reckon?
So much for corruption and desuetude of law enforcement in our Nation’s Oldest City, where JERRY CAMERON’s pal, Sheriff DAVID SHOAR, committed at least 782 first degree campaign misdemeanors on March 1, 2016, the first day of his campaign, e-mailing all of “his” employees to support is re-election campaign.
